Ora-01410 Occurs During Update Against UTF8 Oracle Database

After upgrading the 18.104.22.168.0 Oracle ODBC Driver with 22.214.171.124.0 Oracle Database patch 6, when trying to update a table against a database with UTF8 Character set the following error occurs:
[SQLSetPos(SQL_UPDATE)] returned -1
[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01410: invalid ROWID
Other possible symptom includes:
when using 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52 patch 6 Oracle Client/ODBC resulted in an access violation with the error:
An unhandled win32 exception occurred in odbcquery_sp_upd.exe
This problem reproduced using :
Oracle ODBC Driver / Client version 184.108.40.206.0 with Patch 6 or higher
220.127.116.11.0 Oracle ODBC Driver / Client version.
Upgraded the Oracle ODBC Driver.
