Ora-01410 Occurs During Update Against UTF8 Oracle Database (Doc ID 1317293.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the 11.2.0.1.0 Oracle ODBC Driver with 11.2.0.1.0 Oracle Database patch 6,  when trying to update a table against a database with UTF8 Character set the following error occurs:

Error:
[SQLSetPos(SQL_UPDATE)] returned -1
[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-01410: invalid ROWID

Other possible symptom includes:
when using 11.2.0.2 and 11.2.0.1 patch 6 Oracle Client/ODBC resulted in an access violation with the error:

An unhandled win32 exception occurred in odbcquery_sp_upd.exe[5476]

This problem reproduced using :
Oracle ODBC Driver / Client version 11.2.0.1.0 with Patch 6 or higher
or
11.2.0.2.0 Oracle ODBC Driver / Client version.

Changes

Upgraded the Oracle ODBC Driver.
