Standby MRP hangs With krsv_proc_kill: Killing 1 processes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Standby MRP hangs will result in restarting RFS process. The MRP could have been killing
perfectly healthy RFS processes, which prevents attempts to resolve the gap.
We will see below error messages in the alert log,
Primary database is in MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE mode
RFS: Assigned to RFS process 10578
RFS: No standby redo logfiles created for thread 2
RFS: Opened log for thread 2 sequence 1315 dbid -207855397 branch 737408285
