Symptoms
Monitor process crashed with a bugcheck, which affected all databases and attached users.
The monitor bugcheck may show a similar output to the following when analyzed using the bugcheck summarizer tool:
Reviewing the monitor log file would show that a user process failed prior to the crash. As a result, a recovery process was initiated which in turn also failed.
