Symptoms
ORA-600 [kglLockOwnersListAppend-ovf] error is encountered from application.
- <Patch 10126094> is already applied.
- Issue occurs regardless CURSOR_SHARING value
- SESSION_CACHED_CURSORS and PROCESSES have large values (1200 respectively 5000)
- The incident file shows the error is occurring when there are more than 65535 locks. For example:
Alternatively PMON may crash with an ORA-600 [kglLockOwnersListDelete] error when cleaning up a session, and hence crash the instance.
