Symptoms

On a RAC database, adding nodes to cluster in a simulated lifecycle event , an ORA-600  [kxfrVMapUpdate_helper_2] is reported each time a node is added.

But may change. Executing this command in SQL*Plus reports no issue on the new node, but fires ORA-600 in the current ones.
