Symptoms

CellCLI> list physicaldisk;

Shows output similar to this:
65:0 L1GBC2 normal
65:1 L1GB43 normal
65:2 L1N5EY normal
65:3 L16M33 normal
65:4 L1NWXQ not present
65:4 L49LD6 normal
65:5 L1N3WD normal
65:6 L1N5KT normal
65:7 L1NRQ3 normal
65:8 L1JPDN normal
65:9 L1NV9H normal
65:10 L1NXBY normal
65:11 L1NN6N normal

Or you might encounter the same problem for flash disks so you might see output similar to this:
