How to Setup DG4SYBS (Database Gateway for Sybase) on a 64bit Windows (Doc ID 1319852.1)

Goal

Starting with 11.2 Oracle now offers a Database Gateway for Sybase (DG4SYBS)  for Windows 64bit operating systems.
This gateway is certified with Oracle release 10.2.0.3 after applying a gateway compatibility patch <bug 5965763> to the Oracle database. The gateway is directly supported with 10.2.0.4, 10.2.0.5 and 11.1 and 11.2 Oracle database releases .
