PL/SQL Package FNDCP_TMSRV.READ_MESSAGE Gets Error ORA-600 [17114] (Doc ID 1320301.1)

Using Oracle Applications.

The Receiving Transaction manager (RCVOLTM) reports an ORA-600 [17114] error in the Alert log.

The trace file for the ORA-600 [17114] error has the following;

  1. Current SQL statement:
    begin fndcp_tmsrv.read_message(:ec, :to, :typ, :enddt, :rid, :retid, :nl, :nc, :dl, :secgrp, :usr, :rspap, :rsp, :log, :app, :prg, :argc, :orgt, :orgid, :a1, :a2, :a3, :a4, :a5, :a6, :a7, :a8, :a9, :a10, :a11, :a12, :a13, :a14, :a15, :a16, :a17, :a18, :a19, :a20); end;
  2. PL/SQL Call Stack:
    package body SYS.DBMS_AQ
    package body APPS.FND_CP_TMSRV_QUEUE
    package body APPS.FNDCP_TMSRV
  3. Call Stack: ... kgherror kghrcdepth kghrcappl kghfrempty_ex qesmmIPgaFreeCb ksu_dispatch_tac ...
  4. Memory Chunk showing "BAD MAGIC NUMBER..."
