Symptoms
In an Enterprise Manager Grid Control Environment for 11.2 targets, the following query appears to be very expensive in the database.
The associated queue table from the above query , has huge number of records(in millions).
AWR reports could show high CPU consumption, TEMP tablespace usage,user i/o waits,physical gets etc, and this query could figure in the Top SQL
