Logon Error Using Enterprise User Security With Ad Sever Chaining (Doc ID 1321850.1)

When connecting with an enterprise user the following error is encountered:

ORA-01045: user EUS_DBA lacks CREATE SESSION privilege; logon denied

The user is correctly configured in EUS and is granted an Enterprise Role that has some global roles which at their turn are granted the CONNECT role.
