Symptoms

The type, SDO_NETWORK_MANAGER_I is invalid after upgrading from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5.

Attempting to compile the object results in compilation errors but no errors are displayed and there are no errors in the DBA_ERRORS view for that object.
