32-bit ODBC Administrator Shortcut in ORACLE_HOME Points to 64-bit ODBC Administrator (Doc ID 1321980.1)

Symptoms

After installing a 32-bit Oracle ODBC Driver on 64-bit Windows the 32-bit ODBC Administrator Shortcut within the Oracle Client folders opens up the 64-bit ODBC Administrator.

Changes

New installation of the 32-bit Oracle Client on 64-bit Windows. If you check the start menu shortcut
Start>Programs>Config and Migration Tools > Microsoft ODBC Administrator. You will see that the path points to System32 rather than SysWow64.
