ORA-00600 [Kksgagetnoalloc_int0] Errors When Inserting Data Into Partitioned Table. (Doc ID 1322534.1)

The following error was seen consistently when inserting into a table that was converted to a range-based interval partitioned table:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kksgaGetNoAlloc_Int0], [1048575], [1048575], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The significant part of the call stack was as follows:
