Symptoms
ORA-00600: [knglrow_copy:747], [24], [35] with a stack trace of
knglrow_copy <- kngolcpy <- kngoCopy <- kngorcopy
reported by an Apply Server process on execution of a DML Handler after the database has been upgraded to 11.2.
The same DML Handler code executes successfully in 10.2
A PL/SQL parameter of type SYS.LCR$_ROW_RECORD is passed as IN OUT.
