10.2 okinit unable to get a Kerberos ticket from a Windows 2008 R2 KDC (Doc ID 1322669.1)

Symptoms

When okinit is run from a 10.2.0.5 client Oracle Home to get a Kerberos ticket from a Windows 2008 R2 KDC it fails with the error 'okinit: KDC has no support for encryption type'
