Symptoms

On RDBMS 10.2.0.4, when attempting to receive product in inventory (PO receive or RMA Receive),
the following error is reported in the alert.log.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [pfri.c: pfri8: plio mismatch ], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL" has been invalidated
ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.OE_SCHEDULE_UTIL"


The error happens every time trying to receive, The error reported to the user is:

RVTII-060: Subroutine
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned error

Cause: Subroutine
INV_TXN_MANAGER_PUB.process_Transactions() returned an internal error.
