Duplicate database creates auxiliary spfile instead of using pfile (Doc ID 1324522.1)

Symptoms

Auxiliary instance is started with a pfile, then a 'DUPLICATE DATABASE' command issued in RMAN.
The duplicate operation is generating an spfile for the auxiliary instance and using this instead of the pfile originally specified.
