Symptoms

When executing in a PL/SQL loop one of the DBMS_SCHEDULER procedures:
the PGA memory of the process doing the procedure will increase constantly in time.


A heapdump of the pga will show memory leaked in callheap of type "perm"
CPRM Chunks "kqlidpc"
