The Oracle Enterprise Edition 220.127.116.11 has been installed using the option 'Install Database Software Only'.
When the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) is executed to create the database instance, the following wrong conditions are found:
- Step 2 of 12: Database Templates: it is available only the Custom Database option.
Clicking on Show Details button, the Template Details windows show Oracle Text as not selected (Selected=false).
- 'Step 8 of 12: Database Components' the Oracle Text component is greyed out and its check box cannot be checked.
- After the creation of the database instance completes, the %ORACLE_HOME%/ctx/admin does not contain any script to perform a manual installation.
