DG4DRDA Utility Dg4pwd Does Not Detect Ifile Parameter Content

Symptoms
Using the Database Gateway for DRDA (DG4DRDA) several kind of errors may be produced (ORA-1017, RECO process trace, Lack of connectivity).
The errors are caused by the usage of IFILE parameter in the gateway init file pointing to an IFILE located in another directory, The parameters specified in IFILE have been encrypted by the dg4pwd utility
Changes
Setting up IFILE pointing to a non standard directory (e.g. not $ORACLE_HOME/dg4db2/admin)
