Symptoms

OCI program hangs on

OCIStmtFetchOCIStmtFetch2

while fetching last-to-first using a SCROLLABLE CURSOR. The problem is occurring at the following line of code:

status = OCIStmtFetchOCIStmtFetch2(stmthp, errhp, (ub4) 1, (ub2) OCI_FETCH_LAST,
(sb4) 0, OCI_DEFAULT) ;

This only reproduces against an Oracle Database running on Windows. In testing it, failed against a Oracle Database version 10.2.0.3.0 running on Windows 2003. However, the same testcase worked against an Oracle Database version 10.2.0.3.0 running on Oracle Solaris.
