Symptoms

11gR2 Grid Infrastructure rootupgrade.sh fails during non rolling upgrade:

Cannot get node network interfaces (/ocw/grid/bin/ocrdump -stdout -keyname SYSTEM.css.interfaces.global failed.) at /ocw/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_lib.pm line 2341.
