On running AWR against Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 22.214.171.124, it reports high waits on ksfd: async disk IO which can be shown under the "Top 5 Timed Foreground Events" section.
In this case, waits were reported after applying PSU from 126.96.36.199.2 to 188.8.131.52.4 (for CRS, ASM & DB).
