Multiple ORA 600 , , , , errors occur during database shutdown, followed by a single ORA 600 , and multiple errors:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2
ORA-00376: file 1 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 1: '+ILS_DATAGROUP/ilsprod/system01.dbf'
The database did not shutdown, and a SHUTDOWN ABORT had to be performed. But some background processes remained running and kill -9 command didn't terminate them neither.
Also, randomly startup failed with ora-27102
ORA-27102: out of memory
Linux Error: 28: No space left on device
