Ora-00600: [3708], ORA-600 [2103] When Database shutdown on IBM:Linux on System Z (Doc ID 1326908.1)

=== ODM Issue Clarification ===

Multiple ORA 600 [2103] [1], [0], [1], [900], errors occur during database shutdown, followed by a single ORA 600 [3708], [910] and multiple errors:

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 2
ORA-00376: file 1 cannot be read at this time
ORA-01110: data file 1: '+ILS_DATAGROUP/ilsprod/system01.dbf'

The database did not shutdown, and a SHUTDOWN ABORT had to be performed. But some background processes remained running and kill -9 command didn't terminate them neither.

Also, randomly startup failed with  ora-27102
 SQL> startup
ORA-27102: out of memory
Linux Error: 28: No space left on device
