Data Gets Truncated When Using Dg4odbc Version 11.2 With Compatible Set to 10.1 When Selecting From a RebBrick Database (Doc ID 1327394.1)

Symptoms


Using Oracle version 11.2.0.1 Database Gateway for ODBC  (DG4ODBC) and the Oracle Server , running on an AIX 6.1 64 bit platform which connects to a RedBrick database, the following occurs -

1. When compatible set to 10.1 -

- all data is returned correctly from the RedBrick database

2. When compatible set to 11.2

- some character datatypes from the same RedBrick database have the right most character truncated.
