Symptoms


After server/database crash the alert log shows the follow ORA-01578 errors.

Errors in file /u02/oraR12/db/diag/rdbms/c3prod/C3PROD/trace/C3PROD_ora_22691.trc (incident=608781):
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 11, block # 30284)
ORA-01110: data file 11: '/u03/oracle/c3proddata/a_txn_data04.dbf'
ORA-26040: Data block was loaded using the NOLOGGING option

The blocks belong to EBS sales group information table such as Jtf_rs_dbi_denorm_res_groups.
