Symptoms
The alert file has references to ORA-7445 or ORA-600 errors like ORA-600 [17099] or ORA-7445 [spefmcargs()+xxx].
Shared Server process throws the error when calling C callouts from SQL.
The call stack seen in generated trace files is similar to below:
spefmcargs spefmccallstd pextproc pgmcetc_execute_tru sted_c pgmccc_call_c pciccc_call_c
