Query using 'WITH clause' with XMLTable and XMLtype function works in 10.2 and 11.1 and 11.2.0.1 but in 11.2.0.2 fails with ORA-600 [kkoljt1] error (Doc ID 1332195.1)

Symptoms

Following query using XML functions works fine in 10.2.0.4 (3 rows of output), but errors in 11.2.0.2 with ORA-600 [kkoljt1]:
