Symptoms
ORA-600 [kgmgchd1] error is reported in the alert log in 11.1.0.7 database:
Errors in file /.../trace/.._ora_8891.trc (incident=40185):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgmgchd1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgmgchd1], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
The trace files refer to a select statement which is run by the application using Oracle Forms (but it could be any application)
