JMS-190 when trying to access queue owned by other schema (Doc ID 133574.1)

Symptoms

You are working with Oracle JMS (Java Messaging service) API and getting an error
"oracle.AQ.AQException: JMS-190: Queue not found".

For example you are getting the above error when connected to Oracle database as USER1 and trying to access queue QUEUE2 owned by another user USER2 as shown below:

AQQueue queue = aq_sess.getQueue("USER2","QUEUE2");
