Symptoms

Datapump export failing with "ORA-39068 invalid master table data in row with PROCESS_ORDER" like below:

ORA-31693: Table data object "<OWNER>"."<TABLE_NAME_1>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-39068: invalid master table data in row with PROCESS_ORDER=2:1000001
ORA-00001: unique constraint (<SCHEMA_NAME>.SYS_C005808) violated
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPF$FILE", line 3720
ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-31693: Table data object "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME_2>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
