Symptoms

CSSCAN terminates with error CSS-00168. The following is displayed at the end of the scan.out report:

  Creating Database Scan Summary Report...

  Creating Individual Exception Report...

  CSS-00168: failed to report individual exceptions

  CSS-00122: failed to create scan report

  Scanner terminated successfully.
