Symptoms

The relink of the 10.2 Oracle home on OpenVMS Itanium fails with :

*** RELINK ERROR(S) ***
Please review the file ORA_ROOT:[INSTALL]MAKE.LOG
%LINK-E-ABORT, abort

The file ora_root:[install]make.log shows these errors:
