Adding a REDO collector fails with error ORA-02084 "database name is missing a component"

Addition of a REDO collector fails with the below errors :
source testdb.jsw.in verified for REDO Log Audit Collector collector
Collector added successfully.
collector successfully added to Audit Vault
remember the following information for use in avctl
Collector name (collname): redo3
initializing REDO Collector
ERROR: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02084: database name is missing a
The trace file reports the below errors :
