ASMCMD returns a strange message:

Argument isn't numeric in numeric ge (>=) at
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/lib/ line 1676, <STDIN> line X.

when the password is incorrect or any other error is returned from the database or listener.

The following are examples:

ASMCMD cp sys/wrongpassword@exadb01.+ASM1:+data/afile /tmp/xx
Argument isn't numeric in numeric ge (>=) at
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/lib/ line 1676, <STDIN> line 2.
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied (DBD ERROR: OCISessionBegin)

ASMCMD cp sys/welcome@ /tmp/f
Argument isn't numeric in numeric ge (>=) at
/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/lib/ line 1676, <STDIN> line 9.
ORA-12543: TNS:destination host unreachable (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach)

The ORA message is sufficient and correct.

Upgraded to patchset. This does not occur in previous versions.
