Symptoms

Materialized view Refresh Job uses dbms_job instead of dbms_scheduler jobs
As an example:


SQL>create materialized view <MVIEW_NAME>
refresh fast start with sysdate next sysdate + 1/4096
as select * from <MASTER_TABLE_NAME>;

SQL> select job,what,this_date,next_date from user_jobs;

JOB WHAT INTERVAL
----- ----- ----------
21 dbms_refresh.refresh('"<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<MVIEW_NAME>"'); sysdate + 1/4096
