Symptoms
11gR2 Grid Infrastructure root script (root.sh or rootupgrade.sh) fails:
- root script output
Failed to rmtcopy "/ocw/grid/gpnp/racnode1/profiles/peer/profile.xml" to "/ocw/grid/gpnp/profiles/peer/profile.xml" for nodes {racnode1,racnode2}, rc=256
rmtcopy aborted
Failed to promote local gpnp setup to other cluster nodes at /ocw/grid/crs/install/crsconfig_lib.pm line 6504
