On :  Mobile Server
When Re-installing some mobileclient, the following Error occurs

cns-9024 :87 The parameter is incorrect.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customers deployed multiple patches in Production environment.
2. 40+ users reinstall the mobile client.
3. During the initial sync most of the users are getting error-cns-9024 :87 The parameter is incorrect.
