Symptoms


It appears that SMART SCAN feature is not used in an INSERT or DELETE statements such as CTAS

Extracting and running the SELECT statements alone show SMART SCAN is being used fine.

The goal is to ensure SMART SCAN is used for INSERT / DELETE statements.
