Unable to chown/chmod on "lost+found" Directory on ACFS Filesystem (Doc ID 1348201.1)

Symptoms

There is a lost+found file in the ACFS filesystem. When trying to chown or chmod on this file with root user, it would fail with "Permission denied" error. These commands may be run when installing 3rd party applications in ACFS filesystem.

# ls -al
total 80
drwxrwx--- 5 root haclu 4096 Jul 7 22:28 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Jul 7 22:07 ..
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Jul 7 22:07 .ACFS
drwx------ 2 root root 65536 Jul 7 22:07 lost+found
# chown haclu:haclu *
chown: changing ownership of `lost+found': Permission denied
# chmod 777 *
chmod: changing permissions of `lost+found': Permission denied
