Goal

Despite of ALTER SYSTEM privilege being granted to the user, they are not able to issue ALTER SYSTEM SET EVENTS:

SQL> ALTER SYSTEM SET EVENTS '10231 TRACE NAME context forever, Level 10';
ALTER SYSTEM SET EVENTS '10231 TRACE NAME context forever, Level 10'
