After upgrade from 10.2 to 18.104.22.168 an
INSERT INTO table1 SELECT * FROM table2@DBLINK WHERE value =x ;
The database is a RAC cluster, the database link DBLINK is a loopback database link and the table being selected from contains LOB columns.
