Symptoms
After configuring LDAP for the Identity Manager in Oracle Secure Enterprise Search (SES), an error occurs when trying to login.
The errors will be similar to these,
<DEBUG Thread-203 IDMHandler More than one user found - invoking close :
<BEA-000000> <java.lang.Exception: more than one user!>
Debug logging may be needed to see the full error and this document can be used to enable the Admin tool for debug logging.
