Expdp Generates ORA-39070 ORA-29283 when DIRECTORY is on DBFS (Doc ID 1350672.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to expdp to an Oracle Database Filesystem (DBFS)

nohup expdp userid=\"/ as sysdba\" DIRECTORY=dumpdir DUMPFILE=expdmp_tdms_%U.dmp parfile=parfiletdms.par LOGFILE=logexp_20082011.log JOB_NAME=tdms_exp_4 &

$ cat parfiletdms.par

CLUSTER=N
SCHEMAS=SCOTT,HR
PARALLEL=8

dumpdir is /dbfs_direct/FS1/ExpImpFolder

the following error occurs.
