OCI: Building OCI7 Related Samples Like Readpipe.c On Windows 64bit Will Fail During Runtime While Working On Windows 32bit Or Linux/Unix 64bit Without Problem (Doc ID 1350698.1)

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

Building and running OCI application using OCI7 functions like oopen() on Windows 64bit  - for example

%ORACLE_HOME%\oci\samples\readpipe.c

won't work while same sample is working on Linux / Unix 64bit or Windows 32bit without problems.

Changes

Switching build target from Windows 32bit to Windows 64bit
