After database upgrade from 10g to 11g the scheduler jobs are very slow and not working as expected.

EM DBConsole Navigation:

Db Console >> Server >> Scheduler >> Jobs >> ( History Tab)

Showing the information takes a long time and when trying to PURGE a few logs from the history it takes 10-15 mins or even more.
