Purpose

ORA-00600 [3417] is an error seen when trying to add redo to archive list, that needs archiving.
- in order to properly diagnose this error you will need to collect various sets of data

As this problem can be seen during critical database failover getting a fix and collecting the data if a bug needs to be filed are the highest priorities.
