Symptoms
It is not possible to find German pages or documents for keywords including umlauts like ÃÂä, ÃÂö, and ÃÂü if the user uses a browser where the language is set to English.
Using other umlauts like the German âÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂâÃÂàor the Scandinavian âÃÂÃÂÃÂøâÃÂàor âÃÂÃÂÃÂÃ¥âÃÂÃÂ, the issue is not reproduced.
e.g. Running a SES search for "MÃÂüller" (German name)
