Symptoms

After upgrade of database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2, you may receive the following errors during a full DataPump export:

ORA-39127: unexpected error from call to "SYS"."DBMS_CUBE_EXP"."INSTANCE_EXTENDE...
ORA-44002: invalid object name
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_ASSERT", line 316
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_METADATA", line 7251
