Multiple 12537 connection errors seen in Network Sniffer from Server to Client(s) (Doc ID 1354660.1)

Symptoms

When doing an analysis that involves the use of a "Network Sniffer" program (for example, Wireshark), there may be multiple Oracle "12537" errors showing up frequently between the Database Server and the Client machine(s) and this raises a concern.
This might be particularly noticeable with an Application Server that is making several connections to the Database Server.

However, when reviewing client and server logs (sqlnet or listener) no similar message is found especially in the frequent numbers that are showing in the sniffer trace.
